We are seeking a candidate who can communicate with UK & US client for IT business. Candidate must be comfortable in night shifts. The work involves calling up to the clients, explaining company’s products & services, handling their queries, Fixing of appointments and thus generating a Lead.

•    Strong communication skills and must be Comfortable in talking to people.
•    Committed, Ambitious and a good listener.
•    Candidate must be fluent in English with International Accent.
•    Must know how to write business E-mails.
•    Candidate must be able to generating new Clients for company through Telemarketing.
•    Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively.
•    Basic computer knowledge is a must.
Job Responsibilities

•    The person needs to call up candidates & convert them into warm leads.
•    Query handling & client co-ordination.
•    Follow-up for every call to keep on with them.
•    Drafting business E-mail for making the client aware about company’s services and new business proposal.
