Job Description:-
# IT and Telecom recruitment.
# Identifying qualified
candidates through internal database, job portals, Social networking sites and contacting them pertaining to the opening(s).
# Recruitment for senior & middle level positions for the various Technologies
# Sourcing the candidates through Job portals, internal databases & references.
#Screening & Scheduling interviews of shortlisted candidates for Technical and  HR round of Interview with clients.
# Follow-ups with candidate till he/she joins.
# Take care of the Admin/Operations of the office

Qualification -
Any Graduate(MBA preferred)
Excellent communication skill
Enough Computer knowledge

Experience (6 Months)

1.      International Lead Generation Managers
Managers having experience of running an international call centers who can strategize the calls and has rich database. The manager shall be responsible for handling juniors who are making the calls and taking proper stock of their lead generation activities.  
Detailed Job Descriptions
Target allocation develop team behaviors and operating rules; mentors, guides, and empowers team members in planning and executing the work in accordance with company’s policies and practices.
Manage, control and monitor overall activities of executives. Initiate action to identify and resolve lead problems/issues and on mitigating steps and actions taken to ensure timely deliverables, project success and quality.
Assign work to team; develop team behaviors and operating rules; mentors, guides, and empowers team members in planning and executing the work in accordance with company’s policies and practices.
Manager shall have experience of making online presentation and selling services.
Expert having experience in IT industry is preferred.
Manage shall be responsible for giving training to the juniors.
Valid US,UK, Euro, China Visa
2.      International Lead Generation Executives:

Candidate should be  young, dynamic, energetic, go-getter lead generation executives who are self-confident and interested in earning good money.

The candidate has to create the data of prospective clients. Fixing up the appointments, passing on the sales leads to the sales department. Taking care of the existing clients. The candidate need to be with good telephonic manners.

The candidate just have to be good at communication, flair for selling over the phone. The candidate can be male or female.

Giving online presentations
Perfect in US, UK accent
Strong MS Office skills
Generating Leads
Providing customer support for the products sold and projects delivered Generate reports 
Create Database on your own using various online directories, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc
Experience is preferred
