Desired Candidate Profile:
• 3-5 years of software development experience using Microsoft Dot Net framework.
• Must be good in .Net, C#, Asp. Net,VB.Net, SQL server.
• Must be versed with DOT NET NUKE and MVC2.0 framework.
• Familiarity on Crystal reports is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Description:
• Lead, design, and develop an interactive web environment
• Design and develop front-end and back-end web solutions in a full life cycle environment
• Analyze internal and external requirements and design, develop, implement, streamline, and upgrade new features and functionality
• Assist with the selection, education, and use of web-based data tools such as PHP, .NET, C#, etc.
• Implement and maintain current web technology architecture and functionality
• Document and maintain web environment schematics and process flowcharts
• Define, build, and maintain overall database structure
• Perform ongoing capacity management forecasts and ensure that appropriate performance and reliability monitoring and alerting are in place for all web and SQL solutions
• Consult and assist external customers in resolving technical issues that prevent BTS Interactive products from working reliably
• Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and recommend cost-effective web infrastructure enhancements
